Both will take place at Westwind Hills. Please arrive 30 mins before the ceremony begins - no later than 4:30 PM.

Yes — transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Buses will depart the AC Hotel in Clayton promptly at 3:30 PM and drop guests at Westwind Hills. Return shuttles will pick up from the venue at 9:30 PM (first run) and 11:30 PM (second run) to return to the AC Hotel in Clayton.

Most guests are staying in Clayton, Missouri—our room block is at the AC Hotel in Clayton—because many pre- and post-wedding activities are in the St. Louis area where we live. Although the venue is in Eureka, buses will run to and from Westwind Hills between the AC Hotel in Clayton and the venue.

Our ceremony will be held indoors. Afterward, please join us for cocktail hour on the beautiful outdoor patio while the reception space is transformed for the evening. Once everything is ready, we'll head back inside to enjoy dinner, dancing, drinks, and live music!
